Mike Iino is an Associate at The CAC Group. Mike's brokerage practice focuses on tenant representation and investment sales in the San Francisco market. His extensive experience and recognized expertise in financial analysis and market research is a tremendous asset to his clients. Mike co-managed The CAC Group's market research team in San Francisco for 3 years. He specializes in representing tenants in the San Francisco office market, including technology firms, financial service firms, professional service firms, corporations, technology firms, start-ups and non-profits.
Mike works closely with the Principals of the firm and represents some of San Francisco's most prominent tenants across all industries, from technology companies including Stripe, Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, Pulse and Dolby Laboratories to financial service firms including Fremont Group, Farallon Capital Management, Hellman & Friedman, Hall Capital Partners, Pisces, Inc. and Watershed Asset Management.
Mike graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a finance major and economics minor. He is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute's Young Leader's Group, Japan Society, Loyola High School Alumni Association, Santa Clara University Alumni Association and a CCIM Candidate. A California native, Mike currently resides in San Francisco and enjoys taking advantage of the Bay Area's many outdoor activities.
