Mark Geisreiter joined The CAC Group in 2011 as a Vice President.  His experience includes over 26 years of high performance in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry in Northern California.  During his career, he has been responsible for the leasing, acquisition and management of over 35M square feet of properties in Northern California.  

Mark is highly respected in the industry and is a frequently quoted industry expert.  Mark has been a broker, developer and has held senior leadership roles for some of most prestigious companies the real estate industry, CBRE, Equity Office Properties, Panattoni Development Company and Grubb & Ellis.  In each role, Mark and his teams delivered consistently strong results to clients, shareholders and partners.  

Mark began his commercial real estate career as a broker with the San Francisco office of Coldwell Banker (now CBRE).  He spent 11 years with the firm, consistently ranking among the office’s top five producers.  At Equity Office Properties, Mark served as senior vice president of the San Francisco Region and was responsible for the leasing, financial and operating performance of a 21.6M square foot office portfolio, comprised of 217 buildings, valued in excess of $10 billion and leading a team of nearly 400 employees.  Mark then spent two years as a Partner with Panattoni Development Company and lead Panattoni’s expansion efforts in the Bay Area. 

Mark has received numerous awards from civic, publishing and real estate organizations for major transactions, civic involvement and brokerage leadership.  Mark is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and is a member of NAIOP and ULI.  Mark lives in Moraga with his wife, three teenagers and two dogs.  He is a veteran coach of youth sports teams, enjoys outdoor activities and all Cal sports.
