Ken Churich is a Vice President of The CAC Group. His experience includes over 25 years of San Francisco Financial District and Northern California office building experience. Ken has completed a wide range of landlord and tenant leasing as well as sales assignments for clients large and small. He has also managed leasing teams in office building markets extending from the Silicon Valley to the North Bay and Sacramento.
Ken is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry in Northern California. His professional history includes an extraordinary combination of experience as both a broker and institutional owner. As a broker in downtown San Francisco, Ken was exclusive agent for 10 class A buildings, over 6 million square feet. As an institutional owner and investor, he was responsible for leasing in excess of 21 million square feet in Equity Office Property's 100 building Northern California portfolio, their largest region in the nation. Ken brings great relationships in many markets and years of first hand experience with best practices in the industry to The CAC Group.
Ken started his career in 1985 at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent over 17 years as an accomplished broker. Following C&W, Ken spent over 5 years at Equity Office Properties Trust where he was directly responsible for managing the leasing activities in the San Francisco central business district and the Northern California region. Ken started with The CAC Group in 2009.
He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, a member of NAIOP, a member of the Board of Trustees at the St. Matthew’s Episcopal Day School in San Mateo and a member of the Real Estate Council for The City of Hope. Ken along with his wife Tina and 2 children currently reside in Burlingame. He is a youth baseball and basketball coach and enjoys many outdoor activities.
