Kelley Goldmanis is an Associate in The CAC Group's Seattle-Bellevue office. She has been an integral part of The CAC Group's Northwest expansion, having opened the Seattle office with John Hansen in 2007 and more recently opening the Bellevue office in July 2009. The challenges of opening an office and operating a business fit well with her high energy and professional drive. She specializes in both project leasing and tenant representation.

With a strong focus on relationship development and tactical economics, Kelley's expertise provides extensive value to all of her clients. While she serves as a listing agent for her largest client, Beacon Capital Partners, she is an active Tenant Representation Broker. Cultivating relationships with many of the premiere Landlords has helped in her listing work and she sees the great benefit it provides to her representative clients. In addition, her accounting background has been a key factor in strategically analyzing deal economics to provide her clients with the most comprehensive opportunities in the market. Over the past few years she has had the opportunity to work on numerous Tenant build-outs and has a strong understanding of scope of work and associated costs.

Kelley received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business Administration from the University of Colorado. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Bellevue Downtown Association (BDA) and the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA). Kelley, a Seattle native, spends her free time serving as a council member for the Innovators Network at the Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center and is active in the Pi Beta Phi Alumni Association.
