Josh joined the firm in 2004 as a financial and market research analyst, spending 2006 as The CAC Group's senior investment analyst. In 2007 he became an investment broker in the San Francisco office. Josh's practice is focused in sales in San Francisco, providing expertise and representation for both acquisitions and dispositions across all property types, including office, retail and land.
Josh brings a strong analytical capability and in-depth knowledge of investment sales issues to every assignment. He also led CAC research team for two years becoming an expert in market trends and future areas of opportunity. Josh has also completed numerous assignments in tenant representation and client services, assisting corporations large and small with space planning, financial analysis, lease negotiation and space procurement.
Josh graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BS in Business Administration. A member of the Urban Land Institute, Josh is also a LEED Accredited Professional. In his free time Josh is an avid golfer, hiker and skier and is active with numerous charities in the Bay Area. A Colorado native, Josh has been in the Bay Area for over 7 years and lives in Marin County with his wife and daughter.
