John Walsh is an Associate at The CAC Group with over 4 years of experience in San Francisco commercial real estate. John has worked closely with founding Principal John Cecconi since he began at The CAC Group in 2007 as an analyst and spent his first 6 months developing a research database for the newly opened Seattle office. Now focused solely on the San Francisco market, he specializes in both landlord and tenant representation transactions.

With a strong focus on relationship development and tactical economics, John's expertise provides extensive value to all of his clients. While he continues to serve as a listing agent, he is an active Tenant Representation Broker. Cultivating relationships with many of the premiere Landlords has helped in his listing work and he sees the great benefit it provides to his representative clients.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, John graduated from UC Davis with a double major in economics and political science. Following graduation, John moved to New York where he worked in the financial recruiting field for two years, specializing in the investment banking personnel search field. Upon his return to the Bay Area, John worked for Stevenson Properties in Oakland before transitioning into San Francisco brokerage. In his spare time John enjoys rugby, trips to Lake Tahoe and rooting on his Oakland Raiders.
