Gracie Coburn | People

Gracie Coburn joined The CAC Group in May of 2011 as a financial analyst. Gracie contributes financial analysis and market research to the tenant representation, project leasing, and investment sales teams. Her primary practice at The CAC Group is assisting the brokers with financial analysis, marketing, and reporting for tenant representation and project leasing transactions. Gracie also works on the CAC weekly market updates and the quarterly reports.

Gracie graduated from University of Colorado in 2011 with a degree in Finance and a certificate in Real Estate. She received a full academic scholarship from The Boettcher Foundation and was a member of Beta Sigma Gamma International Honor Society. Gracie’s interest in real estate was highlighted during her participation in USC’s Annual International Real Estate Case Competition, where, under her leadership, CU’s team placed third.

Gracie grew up in Crested Butte, Colorado where she spent her free time skiing, fly fishing, backpacking, and boating. She also spent time as a volunteer for Living Journeys, a Community Cancer Support Group. Gracie now lives in San Francisco’s Marina district.
