Gary Arabian is a Founder and Principal of The CAC Group. His experience includes over 35 years of commercial real estate experience with 30 years of direct San Francisco office building experience.
Leading the Tenant Representation team at The CAC Group, Gary has completed a wide range of tenant representation assignments on behalf of companies in financial services, law, consumer products, technology sector and non-profits. His expertise, with decades of experience, includes a wide array of assignments including: expansions, consolidations, relocations, build to suits, lease buyouts, multi-market searches, building purchases, and lease restructurings/early renewals. Gary's representation experience has resulted in some of the most significant lease and sale transactions in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Prior to co-founding The CAC Group, Gary spent five years at The Rubicon Group. Gary serves on numerous non-profit boards including California Trout, where he served as Chairman of the Board of Governors; New Door Ventures, helping at-risk youth in San Francisco prepare for work and life by providing jobs, job training and a supportive community; and is a strategic partner for Tipping Point – that currently supports 38 non-profits working in education, housing, employment, and family wellness to make poverty preventable in the Bay Area. Gary is a graduate of the University of Oregon, is married and has four children and two granddaughters.
