Charlie Withers is a Vice President at The CAC Group with over 8 years of experience. In his first six years as a real estate professional, Charlie has participated in over 1.2 million square feet of lease transactions. He specializes in both project leasing and tenant representation, and he currently serves as landlord representative for over 1.3 million square feet of projects for RREEF, RNM Properties, Bomel Companies, Hearst Corporation, Group I and Montgomery Capital Corporation.
Charlie specializes in leasing both Class A institutional high-rises and Class B historical buildings.
On the tenant side, he has represented several firms in the cleantech sector as well as many technology and finance companies. He has significant experience in complex lease restructuring, financial analyses, and lease negotiations. Charlie is an original member of the San Francisco Carbon Collaborative, a group working with the mayor's office to attract companies in the carbon space to San Francisco.
Charlie received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. He is a native of the Bay Area having grown up on the Peninsula. He met his wife in San Francisco and they live in the city with their 16-month old son, Jack. They are involved with several charities including the Foundation for the City College of San Francisco.
