Bruce Wilson is a Vice President at The CAC Group with over 26 years of commercial real estate experience in San Francisco. He specializes in office leasing, investment sales and development acquisitions in San Francisco. Bruce joined The CAC Group as a Vice President in 1997 after ten years with Norris, Beggs & Simpson/Galbreath Companies where he was one of the "Top Five" producers in the California Region 1994 -1996.
Bruce is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and Pepperdine School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California. Bruce was born and raised in St. Helena, Napa Valley and currently resides in Fairfax - Marin County with his wife Devon and daughters Madison & McKenzie.

Bruce represented The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) in a 315,000 square foot office lease transaction in Oakland (corporate headquarters relocation / consolidation) in 2003-2004 and it's 315,000 square foot lease extension in 2010.
Bruce represented TMG Partners in an over 400,000 square foot lease with Zynga Game Network at 650 Townsend.
