Angus Scott

Angus Scott is a Principal at The CAC Group. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Angus is involved in both landlord and tenant representation transactions.

Angus is one of San Francisco's most respected and prolific brokers. His clients include several of the largest and most important global real estate investors and firms. His strategic guidance and ability to execute difficult assignments are highly respected and are great assets for his clients.

Since 2001, Angus has represented JP Morgan & Co. as their agent for 560 Mission Street making it one of the largest and most prestigious project leasing assignments in San Francisco. During that time he has arranged over 300,000 square feet of leases. In the 1990's, he developed a very successful leasing campaign for 225 Bush Street under two ownership regimes resulting in over 500,000 square feet of leases. He is a valued team member of the 555 California listing team on behalf of Vornado Realty and in 2009 accepted the assignment to lease 333 Bush Street, a 34-story 550,000 sq. ft. tower, from Brookfield Properties.

Angus is a graduate of Harrow School in the U.K. Angus supports several organizations and charities, including the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the Boys and Girls Club, and the American Cancer Society.
