Levi Strauss & Co. leased approximately 540,000 square feet in five buildings within the eight-acre, 800,000 square foot property, San Francisco's premier corporate campus. The scale and importance of Levi's occupancy combined with the challenges of finding a suitable relocation site made it a very complex transaction. The result was a 15-year lease extension and successful continuation of one of the premier tenancies in Downtown San Francisco.

This was the largest lease in San Francisco in 1997.

In 2009 another transaction was negotiated with Levi Strauss & Co. on behalf of the owners of Levi's Plaza to extend the lease for 10 more years. This transaction responded to the tenant's need to downsize, consolidate and establish a new platform for growth while extending its signature tenancy at Levi's Plaza long term.

This was the largest lease in San Francisco in 2009.
